FAQ

Is this a template I have to fill in?
No. Every site is designed from scratch around your own brand. There's no theme, no builder, and no template. It's a fully custom build, which is why it looks like yours and not like everyone else's.
How fast can my site go live?
Within days, not months. We start from your existing site, so there's no slow discovery phase. You'll usually be reviewing a real proposed design within a day or two.
What do I have to provide?
Very little. We pull what we need from your current site: brand, services, photos, reviews. If something's missing or out of date, we'll ask, but there's no long questionnaire to fill out.
Do I own the finished site?
Yes, completely. The site and its files are yours. It's not locked to a platform, and you're never stuck paying us a monthly fee just to keep it online.
How do revisions work?
Revisions are built into every package: 3 rounds with Basic, up to 5 with Advanced. We refine the design with you until you sign off, and nothing goes live before that.
What's the chatbot?
An AI assistant trained on your business that answers customer questions on your site around the clock: hours, services, booking, directions. It's included in the Complete package, or available as an add-on to any package.
Can I update it myself later?
Yes. Small changes like hours, photos, or prices are easy. Send them to us and we'll handle them, or we'll set you up so you can make simple edits yourself.
